Rights and Obligations

We see it as our priority to fill orders quickly and accurately.  As a result, we may occasionally delay shipping orders in effort to contact the customer to make sure that he/she are purchasing the best product for their needs. Also we will need a copy of your drivers license, the credit card used to purchase your product, and a completed ITAR COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT emailed or faxed before the order can ship.  

Additionally due to recent increase in fraud activities we will not fill orders if shipping address is different than the billing address and the order was paid for by a credit card.  Only PayPal is allowed in such circumstances.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order at will.  All funds will be returned to the customer if this occurs.  This may occasionally occur in case we run out of stock or if we cannot honor sale price due a data entry error.

We may sometimes ship via ground even if a customer pays for expedited shipping.  This is only done if we find through our analyses that ground shipment will get to the address faster than the expedited one.  Customer is welcome to request shipping fee adjustment if this occurs.

That is why we offer free shipping with insurance at no additional cost to you on all optics. Please allow 5-8 days for order fulfillment.

If you need the items more urgently, please, please contact us to arrange for expedited shipping. Additional charges will apply.

Shipping Restrictions

Department of Defense and US government regulate the night vision equipment market. Many of the products we carry, have restrictions imposed on them in terms of areas where they can be sold and shipped.

Please be mindful of this as we may contact you to verify your location and potentially decline shipment if you are located outside of legally allowed zone.
